Privacy Policy

For inquiries and engagements, we collect only what we need to do the work you have asked us to do, and to keep our records straight afterward: your contact details, the project information you share, our correspondence during an engagement, and enough billing information to invoice you. We do not store payment-card numbers.

To respond to your inquiry, deliver the engagement, invoice for the work, and keep the records a small consulting practice is required to keep. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or training models.

Project files and correspondence are held in commercial cloud services chosen for their security and availability. Access is limited to the engineers actively working on your engagement. These records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterward, then deleted.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share information only as needed with service providers that support website hosting, security, communications, project management, credential storage, invoicing, and performance monitoring.

You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by writing to us through our contact page. We will respond within thirty days. If we cannot fulfill a request—for example, where we are required by law to retain records—we will tell you why.

We use Cloudflare for website security, spam prevention, and performance monitoring. These services process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, page and referring URLs, and loading times.

Performance monitoring does not use cookies or browser storage or track people across websites. Neither performance monitoring nor spam verification receives contact-form contents. We do not use advertising pixels. Security and diagnostic logs may retain IP addresses briefly.

If we change this notice in a way that materially affects you, we will tell anyone with an active engagement and update the version at the top of this page. Earlier versions are available on request.
