What we collect
We collect only what we need to do the work you have asked us to do, and to keep our records straight afterward: your contact details, the project information you share, our correspondence during an engagement, and enough billing information to invoice you. We do not store payment-card numbers.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, deliver the engagement, invoice for the work, and keep the records a small consulting practice is required to keep. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or training models.
How we store it
Project files and correspondence are held in commercial cloud services chosen for their security and availability. Access is limited to the engineers actively working on your engagement. Data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterward, then deleted.
Sharing and subprocessors
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the subprocessors that make our work possible — a cloud productivity suite, a credential manager, a project tracker, and an invoicing provider — and only where necessary for the engagement.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by writing to us through our contact page. We will respond within thirty days. If we cannot fulfill a request — for example, where we are required by law to retain records — we will tell you why.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels. Standard server logs may retain IP addresses briefly for diagnostic and security purposes.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice in a way that materially affects you, we will tell anyone with an active engagement and update the version at the top of this page. Earlier versions are available on request.
